    Our ClevaFoam Travel cot is so versatile; it can be used as a snug, safe travel cot mattress to ensure you and your baby get a good night’s sleep even when you’re away from home. During the day it transforms into a comfy play mat; perfect for encouraging ‘tummy time’ which is so good for your baby’s development. As your little one gets bigger, the mattress becomes a fun play seat; your toddler’s very own little sofa!

    Made with a layer of ClevaFoam® technology, it supports your baby’s rapidly growing body and developing joints. It protects the round shape of your baby’s soft head and is scientifically proven to help prevent Flat Head Syndrome (Plagiocephaly) (Trinity College, University of Dublin, Ireland).

    Tips and advice on Flat Head Syndrome (Plagiocephaly):

    It is medically advised that babies are placed on their back while they sleep as this is safest position for them. This position can create pressure on the back of their head and so Flat Head Syndrome may become an issue. Young babies when they rest can have a side which they prefer to sleep on, this means that natural pressure can be put and focused on one side of their head.

    Here are some extra and simple ways to help manage this:
    Re-position your baby’s head while they are resting, so that sometimes they face left and sometimes they face right. So very gently switching the side they face when they go down to sleep.
    When your baby is ready, start practicing Tummy Time with them, this helps strengthen their shoulder and neck muscles for better control of their head.

Although this product has been manufactured according to all safety standards and requirements, we need your help in order to keep your child safe and failure to follow these instructions for use may cause serious injury or damage to your child. To prevent serious injury or death:

    Ensure that this product fits snugly into your crib or cot. As a general rule, the gap between the mattress and the cot should be no more than 4cm (1.5 in).

    Not intended for carrying baby.

    Pay special attention to warnings for safety, in order to prevent possible injury to your child.

    Examine product frequently for damage, missing or loose parts. Do not use if product is damaged.

    Always place your baby to sleep on their back as recommended by health officials.

    FALL HAZARD

    A child’s movement can slide this product.

    NEVER use this product on counter-tops, tables on or near steps or on other elevated surfaces.
